One Percent Realty Commission Structure

Our commission is only a fraction of what typical realtors charge. Why pay more for the same services when selling your house in Victoria? Our commission structure is straightforward and affordable and it always includes full MLS real estate services:

  • For homes under $400,000, the commission is a flat fee of $7,950.
  • For homes between $400,000 and $900,000, the commission is a flat fee of $9,950.
  • For homes over $900,000, the commission is 1% of the sale price plus $950 for fees.
